What is Homeopathy?
In 1796 a German doctor, Samuel Hahnemann, discovered a different approach to the cure of the sick which he called Homeopathy.
Homeopathy is an effective and scientific system of healing which assists the natural tendency of the body to heal itself. It recognises that all symptoms of ill health are expressions of disharmony within the whole person, and that it is the patient as a whole who needs treatment, not the disease.
How Can it Help Me?
Homeopathy can help everyone! Whether it be prescribing you a constitutional remedy (a medicine perfectly suited to you as person, which enables your body to restore everything to full health) in order to aid conception and a healthy pregnancy, a birth preparation session (where I will provide you with a kit of remedies – tailored individually to you – to help your labour, delivery and post partum period progress smoothly), or treatment for your baby or child (I have had great success in treating babies and children with allergies, eczema, glue ear, colic, teething problems, fever and febrile convulsions, childhood illnesses, tendency to catch colds and tonsillitis, constipation and behavioural problems).
Is it Safe?
Yes absolutely! Homeopathy is one of the safest forms of medicine known to man. The incredibly dilute and gentle nature of the remedies we use means that homeopathy is largely without side effect and thus perfectly safe for those wishing to conceive, pregnant ladies, those breastfeeding, newborns and older babies and children. In fact it is in these precise situations, because of its safety, that many chose to turn to homeopathy!

For a one off “Birth Preparation” session £50
(to include a kit of remedies tailored for you in a rigid plastic case)
For an initial constitutional consultation £50 for adults
(to include your medicine) £35 for under 16s
For a follow-up constitutional consultation £30 for adults
(to include your medicine) £25 for under 16s

Where are the Appointments Held?
Appointments are held in Saffron Walden, Essex, which is easily accessible from East and North Herts, West and North Essex, Cambs and Suffolk. My room is very child friendly, with a large toy box to amuse the youngest of visitors, and you are welcome to bring your children to the appointment with you. As a mum of 3 young children I know how hard it is trying to find childcare!
